I'm guessing they're not made yet. They released the 2001-dated set
in 2002, and the 2002-dated set this year.

The Monaco Musee' des Timbres and Numismaticas (Monaco Mint).. or whatever
they're called is an extremely small operation. I spoke with them on the
phone a couple times. One person told me they had three people working
there. Another told me five people working there. They have to handle not
only in person walk in tourist sales but all the mail orders.. and naturally
their business has exploded since they started issuing Euros.. so they don't
do things in any kind of a hurry.. they simply don't have the bodies to do
things quickly.. email to them is rarely answered.. although they do read
it.. calling them on the phone is actually the most reliable way to reach
them if you want to foot the bill for a call..

Now The Vatican on the other hand.. grr..
