U.S. WWII 37th Infantry Division Unit History Book

This U.S. WWII 37th Infantry Division Unit History Book is in excellent
condition. It is titled, The 37th Infantry Division in World War II, by
Stanley A. Frankel. It is published by the Washington Infantry Journal
Press, 1st Edition, Copyright 1948. The book is 398 pages and is a
compilation of the 37th Infantry during the war. The last part of the book
has a chronology of the Division from is official notification of induction
in September 1940 to its inactivation in December 1945. There is a section
of the summary of awards, a full description of each Medal of Honor winners,
Distinguished Unit Citations, Commendations, account of Japans Yama****as
interrogation and surrender, individual elements of the Division, listing of
Division casualties, and Roll of Honor of all Division soldiers who were
killed or died of wounds in battle listed by Island that the event occurred.
It also lists the soldiers unit and date of death. There is much more as
well. The book measures 8 inches x 11 inches. It is in excellent condition
with no loose, missing, or torn pages. There is no water damage or soiling.
The book is an ex-library book.
