Crete Greece ID if anyone recognises any,
and are Syrian fiscals listed anywhere?

Crete: (Rethymo)
Russian sphere of administration
June 1899
Type 3 litho in Athens
Control mark of Russ dble eagle in circle.
Perf 11.5 (Star at each side-figures at foot shaded)

Thanks.
I have 1963 Gibbons and 2005 Gibbons
not shown in either.
The 1963 Gibbons, Crete begins at SG71

If anybody out there has SG specialised
that may adress the insurgency issues (Crete enslaved and KG of Greece)
a scan or advice would be appreciated. (perhaps a web link)
to advise if there were forgeries or reprints and how to distinguish them.
