I hadn't seen this one before.

In 1078 ME (1902-1903) The price of Anchal cards were reduced from 5 cash to 4 cash
(4/456=1/114 of a Br. Indian Rupee)
At this time, the postage rates of the Anchal service in Travancore were extremely low, the cheapest
postage rate in India.

The prize of my collection is a very early AR card, still tied with twine
from Travancore, a very nice gift from Mr. Tony Mac.
I have yet to decipher it.

Oddly enough, the AR card I posted her some time ago from the North of
Western Australia, found in my phossick box, fetched $14 at auction.
