Default Clothes Iron: TIP-TOE made by YALE & TOWNE, Appraisal Wanted

I just discovered I have an old clothes iron

TIP - TOE made by YALE & TOWNE [their caps] NO. D8424B
It's the one under 1946.

Mine looks exactly like the pic. The cloth covered cord on mine is in
perfect condition. The front point of the plate of my iron is hinged.

Does anybody have an idea of the current value of this iron?

We're renting an old house. I think this iron was left here by a
previous tenant.

I just put it on eBay. It's my first ad. I think I paid 55 cents for the
listing plus there'll be something added after the sale.
