Rockola CD-8 power Supply Issue
Hi, not sure if this group is still going but I have a technical question about a Harley Davidson Cd-8 Bubbler.
I am trying to repair the PSU but I don't trust the schematic diagram I have. I am referring mainly to the LM317 configuraton. The schematic only shows one resistor attached to the Output and the VAdj legs but there are two, 4.7k and 1k. Additionally, the circuits I have seen on electronic datasheets for the LM317 show the resistors in series but the amended Rockola schematic I recently received shows them in parallel. Can anyone please verify the configuration of the 4.7k and 1k resistors as it relates to the LM317? Are they in fact in parallel or should they actually be in series to each other? |
