Default *A* in a circle on a Danish FDC from 1937?

Alan Warren from Philadelphia asked me if I know this *A* in a circle
on his FDC from Denmark?:

Unfortunately I don't recognize it. Have any of you seen it before?

TIA

Tony Clayton ymtede i fuld offentlighed:

...snip

Is it Air Mail?

Yes! The cover seems to be overfranked with 5 øre. Letter to Sweden 15
øre, airmail 15 øre and R-fee 25 øre - but it's a "philatelic cover"
so that's normal.

The sender is a Swede as he wrote "Flygpost" - Swedish for Airmail.
And the LUFTPOST / PAR AVION label is Danish.
