Does anyone know how to contact rec.collecting.xxxx and tell them to stop
sending old messages. The past two weeks have been a real horror, hundreds of them, some as old as five weeks. It's probably either your ISP, or your newsreader program, that is marking them as "new". Haven't seen any repeats from this end. You can confirm by looking at rcc in groups.google.com. Most ISPs don't pay much if any attention to their newsfeed so good luck finding a tech support person there with a clue. |
