Bushies fake news conference; House calls for criminal investigation
In yet another in a record series of blunders and callous frauds, the
Bush Administration's FEMA was caught red handed faking a press conference in connection with the ongoing California wild fires, using FEMA employees to lob softball questions to whomever was on the dais at the time to "spin" the news and hide all their now-expected screw-ups...which were several. Bushie Michael Chertof has been on CNN this morning trying to grovel for forgiveness, saying that the "involved employees" exhibited a "lack of judgment" and "will be punished." Gee, Chertie, does that mean you can fire the President or Vice-President, either of whom were probably aware of the fraud? Heckuva job, Chertie! Moments ago, Henry Waxman (D-Los Angeles) and other Democrats called for a criminal probe of FEMA's phony press conference and other actions, a trail that could lead (where else?) right back into the White House, where the biggest fraud of all takes up space (sometimes...when he's not on his 477 days of vacation)...George Dubya Bush. Meanwhile, hope is on the horizon. The latest credible national polls now all show Hillary Clinton beating the closest thing the GOP has to a front runner, "Rootie-Tootie" Giuliani. With the "Compact of Seven" in place, that means that electoral games in fly-over states won't matter anymore. Electors of those states, for the first time, will be given to the winner of the popular vote nationwide, NOT in just one of those participating seven states. Also, looking at the state polls, the House will indeed have a 2/3 majority of Democrats, and the Senate, where not long ago it was thought an impossible goal to achieve cloture-proof control by the Democrats, looks like it may reach 60 Democrats. This will render the Republican Party into the same condition as the Whigs...meaning DEAD. Better pop some more Oxy, Flush...you're in for a LOT of pain in the near future! You can pay for it all by selling some of that smuggled Viagra you got caught with awhile back. Oh wait...better save that for your FCC fines! |

This is a waste of time. This administration has been doing this for 7 years and nothing is ever done. From Bushs on the road speeches where only loyal Bushies are admitted to the speeches to calling on plants like Jeff Gannon to answer questions in his news conferences. Giving interviews to only FOXnews and Rush. It goes on and on. If the house wants to do something, then start impeachment proceedings for his breaking of the law for wiretapping Americans and outing a CIA agent. All 100% American crimes. Lying to the American pubic about WMDs in Iraq may not be a crime, but Bush should sure be removed from office for it. If the republicans don't want to go along with it, that's fine, but the rest of the congress should go on record that this kind of illegal activities should not be tolerated by a president. Otherwise they should just shut the hell up and let Bush destroy the country. |
