they sell the whole coin vault to dealers?

Shop at Home doesn't own the coin inventory, it belongs to their vendors such as Robert Chambers. Chambers used to be a Shop at Home employee (show host) and went into business on his own after working the coin vault shows with former vendor Lewis Revels.

(I think) I heard that Coin Vault will make a brief reappearance on S@H, possibly tomorrow (Friday) or this weekend. My guess is that S@H, having sold out much of their "good" stock and now reduced to hawking bed spreads and watches with pink leather bands, made a deal with RC to get him to show up and generate a little viewer interest (not to mention some $$).
