Default the 2005 inaugural medal.

I got a "type I" in the mail yesterday. The private mint that made it says that
there are about 7000 of them and the official vendor [not the GOP's inaugural
committe], claims that 17000 of them exist [incuding the small ones].

It seems that these are sold out, as would be expected. Apparently, the type
II's are going to be minted in perpetuty like the 2001 thing was.
