Ancora Pens: Quality Control Better?
I have been thinking about buying a pricey Ancora fountain-pen because
I love the design.(The "Nautilus" -- I'm a Verne fan and this one design pushes all the "retro-future" buttons.) However, the information I found on the internet about Ancora wasn't all that encouraging -- the posts from the late 1990's and early 2000's indicated that many found design flaws in the pens. When I called a dealer about the model I was interested in, I mentioned the problems and she claimed that since 2002, Ancora had instituted some new design adjustments to address the quality control issues. Has anyone had experiences, good/bad/indifferent, with recent Ancora fountain-pens? Thanks, Mike |
