Default A231a Imperf Color Error - Certified - Worth?

Any clue what this block of four is worth? A block of four that is
light blue in color. It is certified.

I am thinking about selling it but not sure what it is worth.

It's worth about 4 cents. Maybe. Did you read the certificate?

Chester,
A 'Changeling' isn't an error other than in preservation. It has
been affected by light or chemical and is for the most part damaged.
The original stamp was a combination of blue and yellow and the blue
was more permanent than the yellow when it was probably placed in
direct sunlight or some other equally ruinous situation.

Is that catalog value or opinion value? Yes I did read the
certificate but not sure what that has to do with anything.

if you soak changelings in hydrogen peroxide (the kind
from the drug store) for a while the color may come back,
then rinse it very well, press it in a stamp press, you
should have 4 nice green stamps.... I have had some success
with this on a few items.. kk

Interesting. I have a US no. 33 or something of that sort that is
blue instead of green, maybe I'll give it a H2O2 whirl.
Thanks,
