Default Colony Cosme~further.

G'day Blair,
you are correct in your assumption, I have it from Joe Hahn
that the original settlement at "New Australia" was in trouble
idealistically at least, and some two years after the original
settlement, some broke away from William Lane and formed their
new Colony South of New Australia and called it "Colony Cosme"

So it was the editor of that colony (Cosme) that wrote the wrapper,
which could not have been W Lane.

"Socialism" must reside in the eye of the beholder.
