Default Fraud on eBay?

I sent this note to eBay tonight, and thought someone here might know what's
going on:

I am a collector of Jack Benny items, and I am suspicious of two eBay
sellers.

When I search "Jack Benny B&W Awesome Pic Signed Framed COA" I get three
hits listed by two sellers.

One is waynefcresswalk, the other is sutterjohnmill.

Both joined eBay on Apr 17-01, both charge $13.95 shipping, both keep their
bidders private, both have several hundred items for sale (all listed at the
same time)and most important--both have no feedback whatsoever until today
(Sept 26), and all their feedback is from "sellers" who sell positive
feedback.

This might be worth checking out.

Thanks,

Dan Hughes (hughes_dan)

its actually very easy! You sell stuff that is worthless for extremely
cheap. i.e. sell a recipe for $.50

The FBI should also be notified as this involves a rather large fraud!

That's incredible and I am glad you let Ebay know. Alas, all they
have to do is reregister under another name or get their firneds to do
it for them. They can register under family member's names too. but
keep up fighting fraud, if it rids the place of one person doing this
sort of thing, it's certainly worth it and you did your great deed for
the day.
