howdy all

I'm not really a collector,
it consists of a couple regular $2 bills from the 90's and a slightly
rough 1957A star note printed in '61 or 62..

and my question has to do with a set I purchased from BEP in 1996.

Series 1976 $2 bills a pair uncut.
Signed by Francine I Neff and William E Simon

they came in a lucite frame with a card on the other side, and I've
kept them in the frame for the last 10 years now.

anyone have help for the clueless?
