David Ames The self-adhesives aren't as bad as they used to be. Most now come with a backing if you collect mint. If you collect used and need to soak them, there is a new layer between the adhesive and the stamp paper that desolves much easier in water. |

David Ames All the countries which do, I would think. Certainly the UK does. In fact their sheet definitives, apart from the NVIs, have never been issued as self-adhesives and are not likely to be.
