$17.94?! If she gets it, I'll throw the one I have on fleece-bay.
Mine's buried in my junk box, but I remember it's about in F-VF
condition.

Jerry
Did I read that as 1943-O?

Dang, neither of my Merc albums have that hole. Must need new albums.

So, are sellers like this delusional, or deceptive?

Are my eyes deceiving me, or does that read "Littleton Coin Co."? You'd
think they'd know better.

I'm sure they do. I'm assuming the "D" on the package is in a sans
serif typeface, so the seller simply misread it.

Can't tell from the picture, though...

To add one more comment about this seller - I sent her an email that there
was no such thing as a 1943-0 and her reply was that the coin was from
Littleton and that's what was marked on the package. She has a bunch of
jewelrey auctions along with a few coins up for auction. On several of her
coin auctions, she mentions that she knows nothing about coins. I wrote her
and told her that it was painfully obvious she knew nothing about coins.
She had a common morgan listed for $59.99 and the Red Book shows a value of
about $20.00

Haven''t heard back from her on my second email. She did cancel the auction
for the 1943-O, though.

Bob
