Default Finland def. : date & issue on margin ?

Hi all,
I have the following block of 25 stamps (Michel #69A and 70A) from
Finland:

url:http://minilien.com/?Tth2CT1wUe
or
url:http://perso.wanadoo.fr/philatelie-et-cie/imagesdiverses/finlandedate.jpg

Stamps are very low values, even in 25 attached copies )

I have other such blocks but these 2 touch my curiosity. On the
margin, we can see a date (year and month??) and a number of issue, or
what I guess being a number of issue ;o)

As I have no idea of what is it precisely, I ask you because I know
you are very well informed and very kind (yes, I make all my possible
to obtain an answer! lol)

No, stop kidding, I ask you because on the french NG
(fr.rec.philatelie) even the finnish collectors did not seen it
before, because I found nothing with Google (I did not know the right
english terms to search efficiently) and because you are really mines
of information for philately.

Many thanks to those who could help me and best regards from France.

Month, year and order number were printed on both sides of the
sheet. These are usually collected in blocks of 6.

Hi Jay,
many thanks for your answer. Do you have an idea of the value? And is
it collected by many people or is it only 2 or 3 guys' collection? ;o)

My answer was paraphrased from the LAPE catalog. They give no
information regarding prices. Their (very specialized) listings
do give the order numbers for each shade variety.

I would guess that a block of 6 would be valued at 10-20 times
the price of a single, and that larger blocks such as yours
would add very little to the value.
