Dave, this condition,

"7. I also reserve the right to cancel bids from any and all bidders I
believe may possibly and unscrupulously purchase this note with the
intent of altering note and deceiving collectors into purchasing what
they believe is a better note."

reduces the number of possible bidders to three, me, hutch46 and John
Martin, and maybe a few others.

One of my buyers washed and ironed a note and resold it on ebay at a
false higher grade, they claimed ignorance and that their daughter had
done it. Billy
