Benchwarmers 2003 (Series #1) Card Variations

Hi All,

I recently collated a bunch of singles from this set and noticed the following
card variations. I have provided pics on the net as well (use url/link). ALSO,
If you are a member of NSU card talk, please feel free to forward this info on
the General Discussion Board. I keep getting an Internet Explorer Script Error
Message that will not allow me to click the appropriate link to post this
info...oh, well. Here are the 3 cards with variations.

Card #60 - 2 variations. Both cards have the same pic on the front, but each
has a different pic on the back.

Card #73 - 2 variations. Both cards have the same pic on the back, but each has
a different pic on the front.

Card #79 -- Actually it appears that 2 completely different #79's were
produced, but, they appear not to be distributed evenly in boxes.

Also, it is a bit irritating that there is only 1 checklist set provided in
each box...
and the box states that the complete set is only 100 cards...not true...but
part of a problem with some sets produced.

There were acutally a lot more variations than 3. I believe it is 9 total. A
list was posted on this newsgroup a while ago.

For those that are interested, here is a list of variations that I have
found.


#60 has 2 different backs (head shot and full body)
#62 has 2 different fronts (Lakers was airbrushed off her top at some point)
#70 has 2 different versions, front and back (blue star bikini and yellow
bottom / black top)
#73 has 2 different fronts (with and without basketball)
#79 has 2 different versions, front and back (front basketball / back head
shot and front soccer ball / back body shot)
#86 has 2 different fronts (white background and tan background)
#98 has 2 different fronts (Chanel looking forward and Chanel looking to the
side)
