This article identifies Dave Bowers as the "owner" of American
Numismatic Rarities. Is this true? Their publicity makes him appear to be an employee or consultant. He had to wait for a period of time before joining them publicly, but perhaps he was permitted to make an investment before then. Bob Leonard

I'm not sure. I think that ANR was formed
before Bowers officially joined them. Most likely he has a substantial financial interest in the firm but I'm not sure if he is the outright owner.
