Hello

If the guy is not a tweeker, he may be foolish enough
to try and sell it on Craiglist or EBAY real fast.

Rare coin stolen from Lincoln, Nebraska dealer

Associated Press - October 10, 2008 3:25 PM ET

LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) - Lincoln police are looking for a
man who grabbed a rare coin from a dealer and ran.

Investigators say it happened Thursday at the Coinery.
The owner says a man came in and asked to see some
coins. The owner says when he brought out a tray with
large coins on it, the man grabbed an 1875 Gold
Double Eagle and ran.

The coin is very rare and worth about $950.

The coin is very rare and worth about $950.

The man obviously has been hit hard by the financial turmoil and probably
needed the coin to put food on his table.

Perhaps you could help the man out yourself, instead of gallantly
volunteering somebody else's property. Theft is theft.
