This WWII U.S. 2nd Army Uniform Grouping is in excellent condition. The
grouping consists of Ike Jacket, long sleeve shirt, trousers and belt, and
overseas hat.
The Ike jacket has the 2nd Army patch on the left shoulder, Tech Corporal
patches on each shoulder, Army Meritorious Unit Award on the right sleeve
cuff, U.S. Collar device and Field Artillery Collar device. The jacket is
size 36R. The quartermaster tag is on the inside pocket Dated June 2, 1945.
The jacket is in excellent condition with no moth holes, tears, stains,
loose stitching or any other damage. There are no missing buttons.

The shirt and trousers/belt are in equally excellent condition. The trousers
are a waist size of 30, length of 31. The quartermasters tag is on the
inside pocket. They have a 5-button fly. The shirt is marked, Size 32. The
left sleeve has the 2nd Army patch on the left shoulder, Tech Corporal
patches on each shoulder, and Army Meritorious Unit Award on the right
sleeve cuff. There are no moth holes, tears, stains, no missing buttons,
loose stitching or any other damage to either the shirt or trousers. The
belt is a green web belt with brass buckle.

The overseas hat has a green and yellow braid on the edges. There is no moth
holes, tears, or stains.

I bought this from an estate sale and all patches are original to the
uniform and shirt. Unfortunately, I was not able to get any information on
the Veteran.
