see look...this person has GREAT feedback...5 total negatives and one
of them was because the seller didn't have paypal...nice...

if wal mart had 150 customers and only 5 had complaints (97+ %
positive feedback rate), they would be VERY HAPPY...
love how some folks focus on the negative.

I'd not buy from him. It's 5 out of relatively few transactions
(hence the lower percentage). Besides, i read the feedbacks. Two
poor packaging/bad quality of products delivered and didn't get item
and two people said he's ill mannered (NASTY sounds like). The Pay
Pal comment I'd overlook but the others, hell no. who wants to deal
with a rude person who either doesn't pack items right or hasn't
represnted the product right (doesn't matter if he's not into grading,
he need to tell everything). I could almost forgive and item
missing... happens sometimes, but there's no excuse for the other four
comment (two of each).

i would understand about the fact that the negatives are all
recent..but at the same time..feedback is so horrible...
i have a friend who sells cd's on ebay...he has like 4-5000
positive...he got a negative because the person who bought the cd
said, and i quote "cd was ..ok." that's the reason for a negative
complaint...

like i said, you are focusing on the negative...he only has 5 of
them...and at least one of them you can throw away...it's pretty
obvious this person isn't running a business on ebay and is probably
not too sure about shipping methods etc...but at the same time, people
as buyers all want the shipping for free...if you want the item
shipped safely, pay the proper amount of money. postal priority is now
about $5 (not entirely sure), and people want to pay less than
that...people WANT their cards shipped to them in an ordinary envelope
and only want to pay like 72 cents for shipping...if you are going to
pay so cheaply, then it's on you to worry if it's going to get to you
in a timely fashion and taken care of. packing costs money, it's not
free...even a piece of cardboard found in the trash can is worth
something.
you can't have it both ways...i've seen a number of reports saying
that charging $5 for shipping is like price gouging, and i do believe
that you've been involved in those posts sue...THIS is the result of
not wanting to pay for shipping...

For me, any person who is threating, rude or mean during an Ebay email
exchange or whatnot (and this guy has two of them) is a cause to heed
the Ebay warning. Sure, you can fix poor shipping methods or
apologize for something late or damaged, but two things... 1) there is
no excuse for not at least trying to rectify something never recieved
(at least some compromise) and 2) there is no changing someone for
being rude This guys has both and with less than 200 feedbacks. It's
not like he had those three mentioned in a thousand.... it's the total
number not just that it's only '5'. In a hundred transactions, that's
not good.

i don't know what you mean by rude or threatening feedback or
emails...
i don't see any of that in here...
now, he does go on the defensive on every one of his negatives. but
one guy gave him waht he called a "retalitory feedback" probably
meaning that he gave the buyer a negative, that irritated the buyer
and the buyer gave him a negative as well..

the only problem this seller seems to have is that he has no idea how
to ship...it looks like he slapped a lobby card into a mailing box
that he just didn't make into a box. which is just stupid. he's jsut a
poor shipper, and i guess i can understand that...but i didn't see any
threatening or rude remarks.
