Default How can you tell when a coin was graded?

I have several PCGS Graded coins I have accumulated over the last 4-5 years.
I see that some have different color holders. Some are light blue and some
are light green, at least that is how they appear to me. Which ones are the
earlier ones and how do you determine approximate time of certification. I
have one I would maybe like to crack out and re-certify. It appears to have
more cameo than a lot of the other cameo coins I have from PCGS.
