Default Identifying model and price of this Cerruti 1881 pen

Can anyone identify the model and current price (in case it really
worths something... ehehe) for the pen in the image:

They're made by Laban, and most have list prices when new of $100 or
less; resale value of rollerballs and ballpoints is much, much lower.
