rowe RB-8 bubbler, parts wanted.

hello group,i picked up a rowe. rb-8 the other day from a vender.it
sounds nice but had a couple broken pieces i would like to fix,first 1
electric motor that spins the colored tube on the inside.the other one
works fine..2nd piece is the brown plastic that arches to cover the
upper inside lights.it didn't have a manual either.i don't know who to
call to buy these parts from?.thanks for the help...mark...in
