Simply the one of the worst WWW-pages of pen shops:

1) It is impossible to enter to that site if Flash-plugin
is not installed.

2) If I move mouse over that text "Products", some menu appears. But
that menu disappears very easily when I try to click some of its
titles.

Get a life and tell your web designer to stop that glue-sniffing.

Not so: I have an ad blocker which blocks just about everything
including flash and I could get in just fine.

It's all in the wrist :-) I'm not a big fan of rollover menus mainly
because i have a tremor in my hand but I was able to see the entire
site.

Well that, of course, is between the web designer and his/her parole
officer. The website's pen selection isn't my style but the site
itself follows the cardinal rule of website useability: "Don't Make Me
Think".
