I didn't watch it. I did look up "coprophilia", though. I can't
imagine why, but I've never seen or heard that word before.

Goatse? Where do you come up with this stuff? The backwoods of
Wisconsin much be much, much more swinging that I thought.

I finally found a link to goatse.cx
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Goatse.cx that explains it, but - again -
a new one on me.

The closest I ever came to a wild time in Wisconsin was a weekend I
spent at a cabin at Lake Geneva. I hooked up with a very, very good
looking girl at a dance, and convinced her to go out to the end of the
pier with me and sit in the moonlight. Just as I'm about to make a
move she casually said that this would be her last summer to have fun.
She was entering a convent in the fall. That ended that.

Not my URL. Not suggesting to anyone that the follow it, quite to the
contrary.

Ouch. Rejected by a future-nun? Wow. Bet that hurt. But, LG is
pretty much monopolized by chicago-people and avoided by Wisconsinites.

OK, I admit that there is much about ebay that I don't know. How do
you find out how many and which accounts someone has?

Let's see. You had listings taken down for policy violations,
and re-listed them without first understanding how to not
violate policy again. This was an IQ test. You failed.

Isn't this the same, er, challenged person, who whined about this twice
or more already here?

in this case it was easy, the seller used the same technique with the
description and photographs. The photos contained her hand in ALL, holding
the sale objects. The accounts were registered within a few months of each
other and in the same area.............way to coincidental. The piece de
resistance, I asked a question via one account and unfortunately she, yes
she, replied from another account. It was then that I looked through each
accounts sales and found a lot of consistencies.............and located the
other accounts. Pretty much all the same type of items being sold.

She had bid and pretended to buy from herself on numerous
occasions.............to increase product costs or to imply that those
collectables were increasing in value.

ebay acknowledged my findings months ago but she continues to
trade............from all the accounts................though now she lists
them all as PRIVATE so I cannot warn bidders.

at one point she warned me that she could GIVE ME A PROBLEM if I continued
to email her.............yes right.

Do not email bidders. That is auction interference. Why would you
email her?

If you see evidence of shill bidding, report it to eBay. They tend to
warn for the first offense - partly because there are some cultures in
which bidding on a friend or relatives's listings is not only OK, but
required. Educating these folks is better than suspending them. eBay
can't tell which is which, so they warn just about everyone the first
time. If they keep it up, then suspensions follow.

Just exactly which culture finds fraud accceptable?
None that I know.

Could someone explain, without nasty sexual jokes, what is going on
with these coins, and how ebay knows which coins are approved and
which are not?

Igor, big favor, please don't crosspost to amoe.

The deal is, lots of crap coins were being sold on eBay in "EIEIO" or
other random named slabs. eBay decided that only a small subset of the
respected grading companies were to be trusted, so they set up rules
that were poorly thought out and implemented.

So, if you're posting by one of their blessed grading companies, you can
include "MS-63" or whatever in the headline. If you're using someone
who the buyers know but isn't in eBay's list of approved slabbers (or
kickback list, who knows...), then you aren't allowed to list it as
MS-63.

The intent is to get rid of the scams where some random idiot slabs his
own coins, pretends they're MS-70, and then pretends they're worth the
real MS-70 value. Good intentions. The reality, as with so many other
things, is that it's poorly thought out and implemented.

So, if you want to sell a slabbed coin on eBay, if it's one of their
approved slabbers, you have to take your pictures of it and the slab in
a particular way which doesn't make a lot of sense, but you can say what
the grade is in the title of the auction. If it's slabbed by anyone
else, or raw, you can describe it in the text as "MS-63" or whatever,
just not in the headline.

For some reason, the usual crowd has a problem dealing with this...but
they can safely be ignored. If you want to sell on eBay, then go by
their rules or don't whine when not doing so gets your stuff yanked.
