Smile original 1978 cabbage patch/"little people" doll

I have one of the soft sculptured "little people" from 1978 before they began being sold in stores. It has a hand painted face and it looks as if it was just sewn today. It's bald and has the original hand sewn light green dress on it as well as the diaper cloth and yellow clothespins. I'm looking to sell her now and am wondering how to find out the worth as well as where to post such an ad for the doll.

Any suggestions/ideas?
