Default Ebay Scam

Does anyone have the email address to report a scam to Ebay? I couldn't find
anything on my quick search of their site that related to my problem.

I recently was one of the top losing bidders on a coin that sold for a few
thousand dollars. A couple of days after the auction, I received an email
saying that the sale didn't go through and as a runner-up bidder, I was
being given a second chance to purchase the coin. The email came through
Ebay, but the sender was not the person who originally auctioned the coin.
Since it sounded fishy, I wrote the seller of the auction. He told me that
the auction went through and this was a scam. I couldn't find an address on
Ebay so I didn't report it. However, I just received another "Second Chance"
email about the same auction but from a different user this time. I would
hate to see someone fall for this, but I doubt there's a whole lot Ebay can
do anyway.
