Okay, I know I will probably get flamed or insulted by posting this here, but I
decided I would post it to hear opinions even if they are bad opinions. Section 1. Short Title This Act may be cited as the "Balto $200 Federal Reserve Note Act" Sec 2. These redesigned $5 Federal Reserve notes shall be placed into circulation begining September 1, 2005. I think I am going to send this bill to some congressmen even though putting a dog on a Federal Reserve note is a long shot. But I will argue in a letter that dogs also serve in the military, on the fire department, and on the police force and get killed while serving people and that since dogs have served mankind for over 30,000 years, they deserve to be honored. But I already said that in the past. Tom |

The FRB and numerous other agencies of the federal government spend a
lot of valuable time and effort and resources to track illicit cash. The average citizen doesn't realize just how much the government works to identify large cash transactions. Large bills are only used by tax evaders, druggies, organized crime and terrorists. Legitimate business transactions are simply conducted by check or wire. There are never going to be notes over USD $100 printed again anytime soon. And that's the way it should be. oly Malanutt 4 Life wrote: Okay, I know I will probably get flamed or insulted by posting this here, but I decided I would post it to hear opinions even if they are bad opinions.
