Default Print Error on Back

US specialists may respond,
I refer to them as "offsets" where part print has adhered to the back,
Can attract a serious premium on some stamps
I have seen a complete transference of an entire design on Victorian Revenues.
Your example just a curiosity for mine, quite common.

Greetings,

Here is front and back of a pair of Franklins.
Would this be considered a printing error on the back?
