What gave you the impression I think it's not possible to spend the 18 dollar
coins on my next purchase? All I said is that I would not want 18 dollar coins
in change from a vending machine any more than I would want that many from a
clerk at a register. If all I had with me was a twenty and I wanted something
from a vending machine, I would borrow a smaller bill from someone or simply
pass until later.
