Again, I want to thank all for their thoughts.
They may go ahead and send her home tomorrow, but still do not seeing her
get any better.
This has really taken alot out of the whole family, but we will be happy to
have her close, and
can pay closer attention to her than they can at the hospital(not putting
down the hospital tho..)

Thanks again
Sam

Thanks for all the prayers and well wishes everyone.
Her disease has basically taken over, and its more a matter of time now..
thats so hard to say, but it will be for the best when it happens.
Mom always said, she believes in God and Christ, in her own heart. I know
she never went to church, and lived a very straight life, and did a great
job with all her children, and her grandchildren also.

Thanks again all,
Sam

Hi all.

Many of you have known me for several years, I have been here on/off

since
1994.
Right now, my Mother is in the hospital, COPD, and emphsema, with a

fairly
nasty chest cold.

Her Dr's (2 specialsits) have told her, straight out, she is dying.
Mom has been in the hospital 3 x in the last year and a half with
these
chest colds, and every time, they have said the same time.

I am no longer sure what to think, but am totally prepared for
whichever
occures.
Mom has been with us since my first born was 5 months old. She taught
them all to read, before the age of 2, and the same with mathmatics.

they
are both honor students, and good kids, never been in any trouble.

Just a while ago, another Dr came in, and asked me how I thought she
was
doing... kinda unsettling... seems like he should have checked her out
instead of questioning me in front of her...

Well, I just ask for your prayers to help us get thru this tough time
of
year.

Best to all,

Sam Flanigan

Very sorry to hear you are distressed Sam. Don't give up, alot of folks
will pray for her recovery.
I lost both my parents over 20 years ago and it is a very difficult
thing

to
go through. My prayers are with you and yours.
