You described an "accepted definition of murder". You didn't confine that
definition to the subject of abortion, in fact if you had (and you imply
above that you did), you'd have caught yourself in a circular reasoning
pattern, since there is no "accepted definition of murder" in the context of
abortion, only anti-abortion extrapolations.

Abortion is legal, murder is not. By "accepted definition", abortion
therefore cannot be murder.
