Default Kosovo Question

The complex question of the international recognition of Kosovo is covered
by the Wikipedia page:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interna...tion_of_Kosovo

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Just "We" need to be informed, that Wikipedia is written by any one
who want to contribute
information, and NOT by official or any other recognized institution.

I understand well that some countries recognized Kosovo like
"Independent", but still UN and EU
didn't recognized it - and that mean, Kosovo IS NOT independent, and
that again mean - all stamp
with Kosovo name that don't have clearly UN mark on it are illegal.

Samples that is shown in this discussion, with Kosovo stamp legally
used in the mail to
USA, is possible just because USA is one (from around 30% of whole UN
countries that recognized
Kosovo) that provide direct post link from Kosovo to USA, and (just to
mention) former secretary of USA
have there personal company with exclusive right and monopoly on all
telecommunication and postal
activity.

Because Kosovo stamp issues aren't listed as illegal stamps by the UPU IB
Circulars (as Serbia hasn't denounced them?), they haven't an official
illegal status.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is not so correct, because UPU still don't have right to
recognize independence of any country
around world, it is same if You will say for Abhazia, Nagorno karabah,
Transilvania - both this
stamp are not stated in UPU like illegal, because it in not job of UPU
to be "world"
police or court room.

FWIW, Michel online lists Kosovo stamp issues (a total of 83 sets) between
March 15, 2000 and Dec. 26, 2011.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Must to correct You, that Michel catalog have it recorded under UN -
Kosovo administration
that made very-very big difference, and if You see, on this stamp is
very clearly
stated and printed, "UN Administrated Kosovo".

best regards to all
