The "8" is pretty clear.

She is a brown skinned doll. The eyes open and shut (flirty eyes) via
beaded pull strings that exit from the back of her neck. Her chin is
dimpled. Open lipsticked mouth with white teeth. Pierced ears with gold
hoops. Jointed body and limbs.

Any idea of age, and value?
