Default 2006 *poof* Set --- BYE BYE Coin Vault!

"The thing is, is" ... there was no primetime show tonight ... just
electronic and houseware segments running in its place, so I checked
the site and found it in ALL-SALES-FINAL-mode with no evidence of coins
ever having been there at all. So much for the neighborly retreats, eh?

Maybe they didn't want to wait around for the execution, but it seems
odd that in its 18th consecutive year on the air (to its very
anniversary month in fact), that there would be no formal
pronouncements made, and that the Coin Vault illusionists would abandon
the mint so soon before the June 22nd blackout, unless of course they
had something up their sleaze.

Yeah, I suspect they do.

You can be sure of one thing ... we haven't seen the last of Robert
Chambers.

I'm sure one of the other TV shopping channels will pick up Sir Robert
for their own coin segments. HSN is an interesting watch, but the
hosts are rather dry. Like Coin Vault, though, I'd never buy anything
from them.

I checked S@H's website, and it looks as if there never was a Coin
Vault. The only things in hobbies are scrapbooking, stamping, and
other DIY-type hobby supplies.
