hi all. i have an american character doll here that i have had trouble
identifying. ive checked the american character reference guide
repeatedly but cant find it anywhere. it is a baby, 22" high. the body
is a hard plastic and the head, arms, and legs are rubber, i believe.
the arms and legs move but the knees and elbows are not jointed. she
has sleep eyes, and the eyes also move back and forth. these eyes are a
very pale green. she also has very long brown eyelashes. molded hair.
she has a spot for a bottle in her mouth but no holes so she doesnt
wet. she may cry tears as her eyes have a spot or two of kind of a
crusty material on them. but you cant squeeze the stomach. she has the
words "amer char doll corp" imprinted into the back of her head, along
with the copyright C symbol. she doesnt make any noise, and came with a
dress with the cursive letter 'S' in the middle of a floral heart
pattern, which may or may not be her original dress. if anyone knows
what this doll is called, i would appreciate it as, again, i havent
been able to find any american characters that fit this description.
there are parts of her that seem to indicate she is certain doll, but
all these things put together leave me lost. thanks in advance!
