Decided to look thru 3 rolls of nickels to see if any were pre 1964/silver.
After 2 rolls only a 1971 showed up. But the 3rd roll had 2- 62s, one 63 and 2
-64s and an incredible 1939 in VG !! Gonna hunt more silver now.

okokok ... before everyone and his brother's cousin flames this post, let me
say that I have met at least a dozen people who actually had this belief, so
it's not as uncommon as you'd think.

Might I add that, even though the nickles mentioned do not have silver, it
still is possibly 'profitable' to search nickels; let's not forget that.
