I am missing amplifiers from a Rowe CD100A and a Rowe CD100 Eagle Wall that I am resurrecting, and I have just been given a CD51 jukebox for parts. Would the CD51 amplifier work (without issue) in either or both of the CD100's?.

Yes, they are are interchangeable.
