Those cabinets usually have a problem with loose wood joints at the base
where it sticks out at the bottom .

Tip the whole jukebox on its back and check the bottom parts . I fixed 2
of these . Also...

I need a motor for a Wurlitzer P-12 jukebox .
Emerson motor 1140 RPM . Does anyone have one or know the place to get
one that will work in there .
I can figure out mounting if its different .

Thanks John . I agree a manual would be the quickest way to do this .
This jukebox is almost wortless in value so i`m trying to avoid large
costs on it .

Ok i fiddled around with it more and found the latch parts you mention
all behind the keyboard .
The latch solenoid is there . When the machine is powered on and
credited the solenoid energizes and...

Ok where is the latch solenoid ?

I guess the other switch banks you speak of are the whole keyboard . Are
you saying .. if one of those is going bad it will affect the rest ?

You dont need a book , you need to oil that joint with light oil and
then some heat wont hurt . It may need taking apart if it wants to get
stiff again .

Rockola noisy mech

Take the mech out of the box and put it up on a bech or table .
Lubricate all the motors . oil all moving parts and grease those which
had grease .

I keep forgetting the model . Its early 80`s
digital readout . Has a service mode switch that is mounted so it
switches when the front is open .

Excessive low-frequency noise for some records (AMI G-120)

With that pioneer amp hooked up are you trying to run it real loud ?.
Turntables in general will do that if you try to get it loud with to
much bass

AMI E-120 Technical help needed? I'm stumped.

When the mech part hits the selection finger it moves some contacts to
shut off that motor . Those contacts are probably not working right .
When i restored my 120 it took several tries to get those...

Thanks Mike . This machine is restorable with lots of time & effort . I
had 600$ in mind before i found out the price of parts .
I have not found a older jukebox like this with a missing speaker...

A Rockola 1422 . Condition cosmetic . The wood needs a full refinish .
On the top near the back 2 layers of the wood are all ripped off about
the size of a tennis ball There are other simple veneer...
