The 15¢ looks like a Scott 259, issued October 1895. Mint value
$325.00, used value, $60.00.
The red one is a Postage Due stamp, Scott J35, issued September 24,

Jenny invert - real or fake?

I did some more research, and established that this stamp is nearly
identical to a stamp recently sold on ebay by a known forger. The
watermark - 8:30 PM on May 29 - was the same.
