Interestingly, many dealers will now pay 100% of face value
for 3 cent commemorative sheets. Why? The grading craze!
There is a good chance that any given sheet will yield one
or more stamps...

What stamp insurance carrier requires an inventory?

Mine (APS/Hugh Wood) only requires a schedule of individual
items valued at $25,000 or more.

fiscals with the "MViR" overprint, but we were talking
about fiscals with the "Gültig / 9. Armee" overprint.

2009 Michel doesn't list any fiscals with the 9th Army
overprint. I even checked several older editions to see if
perhaps they had been dropped. Also, the Romanian catalog
doesn't list a 5b black...
