I checked the Michel and I have not been able to find them. Rwandan stamps
are listed in the "Übersee-Katalog 4, Nord- und Ostafrika".
I have even checked the Michel Rundschau, which lists all new...

This cancel (Seint via radio) has been used by 8 post offices in the

George,

Victorian and Edwardian stamps overprinted "Postal Service" were customs fee
due stamps, not postage stamps.

I agree to Jay Carrigan's commet. Even more so since the type of cancel used
on both stamps was issued to Rotterdam on August 31, 1895.

Stamp ID (Bulgaria?, Russia?)

Can't help much I'm afraid. Unknown 5, the blue one, bears the mark of the
Russian Socialistic Federal Sowjet Republic which was in place between 1918
and 1923.
