Gutenberg's real name was "Gensfleisch". You'd pronounce his name as in
"Gootenberg", with the berg's "e" as in "yellow".

I checked my printed Michel and indeed, there are 3 more stamps: German
Occupation, French zone (Rheinland Pfalz, 1947 (30 Pf, 75 Pf) and 1948
(50 Pf)).

I'm not surprised, for 1840 Michel lists one stamp issue, for 1962
Michel lists 1307 issues.
For 2000 Michel lists 3957 issues. Since 2000, the number is decreasing
though, maybe due to email.
