Value of 3 PA County Issued Notes 1869(1839?)

The note is listed in Pennsylvania Obsolete Notes and Scrip by Richard T.
Hoober.
It's Clearfield 68-5 for the $2 and 68-4 for the $1. Date in Hoober is July
29, 1859.
Both notes are listed as rarity R6 with 6 to 10 known.

Hoober is dated 1985 with 1983 prices for an R6 Banknote is $30 in Fine and
$65 in UNC
and for an R6 Scrip is $15 in Fine and $25 in UNC.

The plate note in Hoober is hole cancelled in the center (Rectangle).

Rarity could have changed in the last 25 years affecting the price, your
note would
be in the low range or below. Don't know if they have appreciated since
then.

Not an expert on these kind of notes.

Thanks for the reply, I appreciate your time going into so much
detail. The holes in the center make more sense now. Perhaps I'll
see if Hoober has written an updated version.
