A British woman said a mail delivery company temporarily refused to let her
pick up an Advent calendar addressed to her cat ...

In Canada, the same scenario includes a "return charge" to the sender...

In Canada, the same scenario includes a "return charge" to the sender...
A child whose "Elf On The Shelf" had fallen called 911. She'd been
tolln not to touch it! The police couldn't arrest her for improper
use of emergency services as she claimed "Elfulenza".
